5.8.1 Dust Tests.粉塵測(cè)試
目的:用來確當(dāng)有風(fēng)沙和路面灰塵干擾時(shí),附件能否提供充分的保護(hù)使得DUT繼續(xù)達(dá)到CTS中所指明的運(yùn)行要求。
過程(操作方式1.2):測(cè)試根據(jù)ISO20653針對(duì)水等物體的防護(hù)。測(cè)試須使用ISO12103-1,A2優(yōu)良等級(jí),同時(shí),粉塵需持續(xù)8個(gè)小時(shí)。
標(biāo)準(zhǔn):功能狀態(tài)須為A級(jí)
DUT應(yīng)避免受損,破壞功能,或降解其性能。DUT在清潔前須通過功能/參數(shù)測(cè)試。

A4輕約一公斤?按理說A2粉塵含有更多小顆粒,那應(yīng)該重量更重才對(duì)?。繛楹螌?shí)際情況正好相反?
ISO 12103-1 A2 Fine Test Dust 的確是含有更多的小顆粒,同樣容積的塑料瓶?jī)?nèi)A2的試驗(yàn)粉塵顆粒數(shù)目也相對(duì)于ISO 12103-1 A4 Coarse Test Dust 更多?! 〉牵^大尺寸的粉塵顆粒本身的重量較之小顆粒要更重,雖然A4粉塵的數(shù)量不及A2多,但重量卻更重;另外,每個(gè)單的粉塵顆粒之間會(huì)有空氣存在,因此越多顆粒,也就意味著越多的空氣,這樣的后果就是較低的容重。比如一加侖罐子裝0-3微米亞利桑那道路試驗(yàn)粉塵,其重量大概只有1.5公斤,而同樣罐子裝ISO粗灰,則重達(dá)4.5公斤。
